***Research interests:** Labor and employment law, nondiscrimination and equality law, the impact of technology on work, databased discrimination and the future of work regulation.*

Miriam is exploring how work regulations contribute to inequalities at the labour market, in particular but not only as a result of databased discrimination, through a conceptual framework on the value of work. Her research currently focuses on developing a human rights-based framework to address algorithmic discrimination, exploring the value of work from a socio-legal perspective, rediscovering female contributions to the development of the legal academy and setting out a research agenda for a progressive labour law through worker cooperatives.
