**Bio:** Senthil is the Chief Executive Officer of Fairtrade Australia New Zealand, and serves on the board of Australian Council For International Development. Over two decades in business and international development, he has led sales and marketing functions and value chain sustainability programs across Asia Pacific. He is an alumnus of Columbia University. Senthil hosts the *Business &amp; Society* Podcast.

**Research summary:** Senthil is working on launching a venture to protect dignity at work, which is expected to go live in Fall 2026.
