Research interests: Discrimination, stigma, racism, migration, refugees, statelessness, children and adolescent rights and child protection, and reparations.

Jacqueline is currently working on a variety of projects, including on the Lancet Commission on Reparations and a book on reparations, which links questions of reparation for Roma to the broader discussion of reparations for enslavement. She is also collecting data on access to maternity and child health for asylum seekers and refugees in Greece and Mexico, and the impact of COVID on access to secondary education for low caste Rajasthani girls.
