Bio: Yasemin's research examines how political identity and audience segmentation create and reinforce symbolic boundaries in creative labor markets. Drawing on economic, cultural, and organizational sociology, she investigates how these boundaries shape competition, legitimacy, and inequality in the Turkish film and television industry.
