Elke Winter, Professor of Sociology, School of Sociological and Anthropological Studies, University of Ottawa and alum of the Cluster (2019-2021) led the effort to publish a special issue in the Journal of Etnic and Migration Studies, titiled, Middle class nation building through immigration?
